CXassist processes your email content only to generate AI replies. We never sell your data. Everything is encrypted. You own your data and can delete it anytime. Integrations share only what's needed.
1. Information We Collect
CXassist collects your name, email address, and OAuth tokens when you connect a Gmail or Outlook account. We process email content solely to generate AI-drafted replies on your behalf. We also collect basic usage analytics (page views, feature usage) to improve the service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to provide AI email reply, inbox management, and integration services. We do not sell your data to third parties. Specifically, we use your information to:
• Generate personalized AI email drafts
• Train AI models on your writing style (your data only)
• Provide inbox categorization and management
• Send service notifications and updates
• Improve and maintain our platform
3. Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). We follow industry best practices for data security and access controls. Our infrastructure is hosted on secure cloud providers with SOC 2 compliant data centers. We conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
4. Third-Party Integrations
On Pro plans, CXassist integrates with Slack, HubSpot, Stripe, and Shopify. Data shared with these services is governed by their respective privacy policies. We only share the minimum data necessary for the integration to function. You can disconnect any integration at any time from your Settings.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app Settings. Upon deletion, all email content, training data, and personal information is permanently removed within 30 days. Backup copies are purged within 90 days.
