- How quickly can I get started with CXassist?

- Will the AI send replies without my approval?
- Only if you want it to. In Draft mode (the default), the AI prepares a reply for every email but waits for your review before anything is sent. On Pro, you can enable Auto-send for certain labels or personas — but you're always in full control of which emails get sent automatically.
